RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Quantum MS L.L.C. stands behind the quality of our physical products while maintaining clear guidelines for continuous services.

• Physical Products: We accept returns of physical merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• VIP Membership Fees: Due to the immediate delivery of digital benefits and discounted pricing, all monthly VIP membership charges are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will be effective for the following billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for the current active month.
