SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Order Processing: All orders for physical merchandise placed through shopwaykind.com are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates: Quantum MS L.L.C. currently ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping: $14.95 (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)

• Waykind VIP Club Members: Active members of the Waykind VIP Club automatically receive Free Standard Shipping on all physical product orders for the duration of their active membership, alongside their discounted product pricing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: While we are not liable for errors made by third-party carriers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@shopwaykind.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement.
